Bruce Hanusosky - CEO & Founder
As the company's innovator, Bruce's down-to-earth nature, affinity for motorsports, and his vision for growth of a highly technical business, provided the foundation for which High Tech has been built upon.
The groundwork of High Tech's success was established through Bruce's hard work and determination many years ago. His eye for detail and an emphasis on quality became the basis by which the High Tech team operates by.
Bruce has been recognized at city, county and state levels, and by multiple organizations throughout the years. In some instances, his business successes have been acknowledged for successive years. In addition to being recognized by the U.S. House of Representatives for various achievements, one of the most prestigious awards was issued by the Governor of Ohio naming him Entrepreneur of the Year for 2002.

In memory of Judy Hanusosky
CFO and Co-Founder
May 17, 1961 – July 13, 2007
Judy was instrumental in developing the accounting systems as well as all of the company procedures and policies. She had a great attention to detail and worked long and hard over the years to make High Tech Performance Trailers what it is today. Judy was loved by everyone and her personality would light up any room. Judy passed away after a short battle with cancer. Judy is missed by all, and her memory lives on in everything we do here at High Tech.

Lee Cobb - Project Manager
Lee has been with High Tech since 2000 following a four year employment with York Bridge Concepts based in Tampa, Florida, as Project Estimator. At High Tech, Lee is involved in every aspect of a new trailer project to some extent.
Lee's primary role is Project Manager of new trailer sales. He oversees the projects to ensure that we deliver our "guaranteed on time delivery" and that the trailer exceeds customer expectations. In addition, he handles all correspondence and change orders with the customer to make the build process as smooth as possible. Lee is also responsible for project estimating to ensure that we give our best price to every customer.
Lee is from Northeast Ohio, attended Bryant & Stratton College in Cleveland, Ohio and currently resides in Concord, Ohio with his wife and family. |

Steve Lewis - Director of Operations - Awning Division
Steve joined High Tech in 2003 as a valuable addition to our team with his attention to detail and level of professionalism. He has advanced within the company and currently assists our awning customers throughout every aspect of their project.
From fielding pre-order requests and quoting, to coordinating delivery of the completed order, Steve is involved with our awning customers, start to finish. His engineering knowledge during the design phase allows him to document the customer's needs first-hand, while preparing the project for the production phase. He also quotes awning graphics and creates layouts for customer approval.
Steve is from Northeast Ohio, earning his Mechanical Engineering degree from the University of Akron, and currently resides in Roaming Shores, Ohio with his wife. Not only is Steve a race fan but he also participates in motocross racing. |

Keith Shima - Service Manager
Keith has been with High Tech since 2001, following 15 years in the automotive industry; most of them as a Service Manager. He is our customer's point of contact for anything related to service, parts requests, or scheduling of service appointments.
Keith's responsibilities center on the quoting of all repairs, trailer renovations, and paint work. Keith works directly with our customers and performs the trailer "walk through" with them to go over the finished project. Keith also serves as the liaison between the customer and the shop personnel to ensure that service work is completed properly, and to customer specifications.
Keith is from the area, attended Northwood Institute in Midland, Michigan for Automotive Marketing & Management, and now resides in Mentor, Ohio. |
